Walkthrough steps
- Undead Parish: Talk to Andre of Astora to learn the Hurrah! gesture. Buy what you need, such as the Repairbox, Weapon Smithbox, Armor Smithbox and the Crest of Artorias (20,000 souls), and upgrade your weapons.
- Darkroot Basin: In Darkroot Garden, find the bonfire hidden behind a fake wall and unseal the great door with the Crest of Artorias. Leave it for later.
- Darkroot Garden: Go back to the bonfire through the Crest of Artorias door you opened.
